Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Salt Cove piece. If something isn't quite right, we’re happy to offer returns on unworn jewelry within 14 days of delivery.

Returned pieces must be:

• Unworn and in original condition

• Free from signs of wear, damage, or alteration

• Returned with the original packaging

Once your return is received and inspected, you may choose between:

Store Credit
Receive store credit for the full value of your returned piece, which can be used toward a future Salt Cove purchase.

Exchange
Exchange your piece for another item of equal value. If you choose an item of greater value, you will be responsible for paying the difference.

Please note that we do not offer refunds to the original form of payment.

For hygiene and safety reasons, earrings cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or defective.

To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at [email address] with your order number and reason for the return.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the conditions outlined above.
